Two-day Workshop on Effective Presentations

When you want to get all your salespeople together for some serious and in-depth training, this intense, practical and fast-paced program is the one to book. In this interactive, hands-on workshop, your people will learn how to:

  • Assess and determine each account's business situation, opportunities and priorities against
    which to sell;
  • Compute quantitative benefits even if virtually no data is available;
  • Practice a highly effective five-step process for selling anything;
  • Anticipate and avoid most objections;
  • Handle objections they do get without confrontation;
  • Put competitors on the defensive;
  • Grasp the power of crafting benefits to the buyer(s), instead of benefits to the account;
  • Improve their skill and persuasive powers in presenting ideas;
  • Structure their presentation for maximum effectiveness;
  • Sell more by not making the primary objective of their presentation to sell something; and,
  • Get to "YES " long before they actually get to the close . . . why the close is not as
    important as some think!

This intense training will provide your people with a multitude of account / customer strategies that will improve their persuasiveness. They'll discover why the product or service is not the most important thing they have to offer, and why this may be hurting their results.
